Review: I called Nieco to have a container delivered to my building in [redacted]. I was promised delivery in the AM for Thursday, April [redacted]. I chose Thursday because there is no parking allowed on our side of the street on Thursdays leaving the spaces directly in front of the building available for the container . We started the actual demo on Wednesday, had a huge pile of debris inside the building and couldn't go any further until we received the dumpster. The dumpster was NEVER delivered. I had to pay a crew of 5 guys to sit there all day and wait. I didn't find this out until Friday morning when my contractor called. I immediatley called Nieco. I was told the dumpster was delivered at 4:30pm Thursday. I called my contractor back and he said they didn't leave until 5:00pm and there was STILL no dumpster. I called Nieco back and was then told the dumpster was delivered Friday morning around 10:00am. I called my contractor back to let him know but he said he wouldn't be able to go back Friday and take the chance of the dumpsteer not being there and he was right. It would not have been at 8am when he would start. I called Nieco back and told them to take the dumpster away. I would not leave an empty dumpster on the street Friday, Saturday & Sunday. I would be paying for other peoples garbage by Monday morning when my contractor came back. I then made arrangements with another company who delivered as promised. We just received our credit card statement to find that Nieco had the nerve to charge our card $226.Desired Settlement: We request a full refund.
