I have been charged for an item that I did not receive service
I have been charged for an item I did not receive service onI tried to place an order on there ultius site and successfully charged on my card, but ultius was saying my card declinedI provided documents to ultius showing the charge on my account, but there saying they did not receive payment for this order *** and at this point my bank will not release any funds back to without Ultius processing the transactionI am very upset because I have a deadline for the service being provided and now I can not purchase because Ultius has taken the funds
