I appreciate that National Hospitality Supply has never, in 20+ years, received a quality complaint; however, they can no longer say thatThis is a quality complaint and a customer service complaintI understand their return policy, and not replacing these items is certainly their right, just as it it my right to let the world know of the poor quality items I received, and National Hospitality Supply's refusal to stand by their product.

The three .PNG images labeled "website" show the ordering page, with no mention of it being a "made to order" product anywhere and no mention of the return policy on made to order productsI have also attached the emailed receipt that also does not mention anything about returns except that
"clearance" items are not returnableThis, of course, was not a clearance
