Unfortunately, due to the cyclical market and limited volunteers we are not able to provide a specific timeline to process registrations. They are processed first in, first out. In this specific case, the registrations were for goats with pedigrees from outside organizations where we have to rely on those organizations as well as other avenues for the information we need to maintain the integrity of our database. This can be quite difficult and causes additional time for processing as we are at the mercy of others for completion. Regarding the lack of communication, we do not have record that he called and first learned about his concern through a posting on social media. He was contacted by our registry volunteer after we learned of his concern. In an effort to serve customers the best we can, his submission was pulled out of order and brought to the top. It took several days to complete and he should have all he needs now.
