First of allAll of our parties are available immediately after purchaseOn December, 5th our main server was hacked into and was down for more then hoursWe let people know on Facebook of our problems and it was going to be resolved
quicklyOnce the site was up againWe let everyone know things were fine and that you could purchase and download your parties againThis person was refund the full amount of her purchasePlus she says that the credit card was compromisedI don't know how that can happenAll of our purchases are run through Paypal and we never take any personal information from our customers

The company did give me a full refund, which I appreciate, but they did not give me the refund until I posted this complaint because I didn't have other contact information for themOf course they would not know that I would want a refund or need to resolve a situation without being able to contact them
I did download the document when I made the purchase, but since I was told I had access for days, I didn't save it and was unable to access it from my temporary filesI was unaware of the fact that your server was hacked, I had no way of knowing that without knowing to follow the company Facebook pageMy credit card was compromised the same day, and the fact that this all happened at the same time was very suspicious, but it sounds like it was an unfortunate coincidenceI have not said anything negative about the company/posted any reviews and would definitely not in the futureI appreciate the refund and the prompt response to the situation
