tey installed my granite it was suppose to be one piece after they installed it in pieces it began to separate , I called them back they fixed it it happened again they came back they guy said it would never happen again well it did I have been speaking to Mary thewner and sh keeps telling me her husband has to come out himself to fix it but everytime I call she keeps telling me he will call me in an hour and never doesthis has been going on again for weeks now

Installed my kitchen June
He forgot to layout refrigerator side panels - I had to pay him about $1,to the installation and include panelsThat's done but it cost extra money and that was annoyingWithin months (6) cabinet doors warpedIn April he removed the (6) doors and has since only replaced (4)It's 11/30/- months now - and he owes us (2) doors
A couple weeks ago he called and said the factory only sent him (1) doorHe said he'll phone us back and never didI've phoned his office (receptionist said he was there) and they left us on hold, no one pickthe call
I sent an email today asking for resolution
