Bought three Night Owl systems from these guysOn going support was needed and not providedThey claimed they had 24/support which is impossible to reachThey out all systems I tried to find the registered agent so I could sue in small claims court but appears they have not activated there Florida Division Corporate registrationThe State attorney needs to investigate this

The product itself is worth the $'s my clients spend I have about of Night Owl units in the field However; when requesting in product info, pricing inquiries or anything involving talking to a CSR, forget itNo return emails, no return voice mails I have emailed asking for supervisor or equivant, and no one returns the call Tech support is great, but they have not been able to get me in touch with anyone in customer service/pre-sales either I don't think Ricardo is there anymore, but he was the worse person to talk to when I was able to reach someoneBut that's been a few years ago

I tried to find the registered agent so I could sue in small claims court but appears they have not activated there Florida Division Corporate registration. The State attorney needs to investigate this.

I have purchased the top of the line system from [redacted]. I have contacted Night Owl at least 6 times to get an RMA to return the hard drive for repair or replacement. It makes a loud howling sound and is obviously defective. I have provided the POP and registered the device at time of purchase. This is very frustrating and this company obviously needs help when it comes to customer service. Other than the annoying loud sound from the hard drive, the system works as advertised and expected. Great system as long as you never need warranty.
