Night Restoration

Review: (1) September 2013, my wife and I went to ([redacted]) our house where we found the garage door open. When we ask why and how this was done the [redacted] workers in the house informed use that they were putting equipment from the house into the garage. We never authorized access to our garage. When we complained to [redacted] and informed him of the missing the articles he promised to replace them.After weeks past no tools. My wife contacted [redacted] on September [redacted], 2013 requesting "[redacted]" permits which he was contracted to pick up from [redacted], he never did. They never saw him. Still waiting for payment on tools. October passes [redacted] doesn't return phone calls, the architect he sub-contracted never forwarded the plans for the house which was incomplete because we need helical pile to elevate the house above flood level.(2) January **, 2013 Commercial garbage and dumpster from [redacted] was left all-over property (carting dispatcher said it was authorized by [redacted], [redacted]'s partner) they would not move it for weeks due to lack of payment. (3) Scope of work, [redacted] ( my wife) had to have a third party [redacted] of [redacted] intercede on our behalf, [redacted] still refused to cooperate. (4) Never sealed the house according to the insurance company specs. Blew off meetings continually in 2014 regarding the scope of work for the project, house has sat vacant, broken door. The month of November/ December 2014 canceled eight meetings with me. (11/** out of town, 11/** out of town, 11/** out of town, 11/** canceled, 12/** canceled, 12/** canceled, 12/** canceled. 12/** canceled. As I told him in my last text not a good way to continue a relationship. We want a refund to continue to rebuild our house.Desired Settlement: $13,000.00
