Review: Night Watch has maintained our firm's telephone system for years. Without any directive from the firm, Night Watch changed the firm's password to its telephone system and has refused to provide us with the password or otherwise allow us access to the system. Night Watch representatives have continuously ignored our requests for the information and as a result our business has and and does continue to suffer.Desired Settlement: The password/access to our telephone system.
