I ordered a wind breaker for my step-daughter on November 24, 2015. The website said to allow 3-5 weeks for delivery. On December 18, 2015 I emailed to check on the status of my order since it was going to be a Christmas present. I have emailed back and forth with Lukas requesting either a tracking number or refund.
