My mother will be in a few days About two months ago, the doctor recommended she receive medical treatment for an illness and we hired Nightengale Home Healthcare (with their affiliate Home Doctor for You) to administer the treatment at her assisted living facility (since it is an unskilled facility)on the southside of Indianapolis The treatments were for times a day/7days a week They agreed to the termsLong story short, she has received treatment a day for an average of to days a week and never on the weekends She continues to suffer and no amount of phone calls helped to get nurses to her We are told they are understaffed and they don't have enough drivers One nurse told her the doctor was a "quack" for even ordering her particular treatment Really? She was getting relief, had seen specialists who agreed to the treatment and the "nurse" thought the doctor was a "quack?" We have never received such poor customer service from a supposed high quality business I would never recommend this business If you value the care of your loved one, do not hire this business, there are plenty of others that are much more qualified Do your research I thought I did I took the recommendation from a friend and it just didn't work Now I have researched it on my own, and we have found businesses with full staffs that follow through Good luck to all!
