Given my past history with this organization I am forced to keep this issue open, or unresolved, as I cannot yet verify that my issue is resolved. The Small Business Expo has previously assured me that I have been removed from the list, and that I have been "unsubscribed" or "removed" from the email list, only to receive more emails for the Small Business ExpoIt is the inability, or refusal, to remove me from their communications that forms the basis of my complaint. In short I have no reason to trust that I have been removed from Small Business Expo communicationsFor instance, I recently started tracking the communications from Small Business Expo to justify my complaintIn the most recent history:- 9/**/- Unsubscribed yet gain from the Small Business Expo email list- 10/**/- Received another email from Small Business Expo"Unsubscribed" from the list yet again- 10/**/- Received another email from Small Business Expo"Unsubscribed" from the list yet again I understand that for technical reasons it can take a few days to remove items form the listDue to past patterns of behavior from the Small Business Expo I do not think this is that case hereI will only be able to resolve my complaint after an acceptable period of time has elapsed with no communications from the Small Business Expo
