I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I am a little confused with the responseYou say that you will resolve my open issues but that because it was a written and verbal contract there is little you can doWe have been going back and forth with this for quite some timeYou called me when I first placed a complaint with the Revdex.com and you said you would come fix the job that weekendWeeks have passed and we are now facing the winterMy work is left unpainted, which means it will definitely rust and when it does it will ruin my tiles which were just installed this summerPlease be honest and let me know if you really plan to fix this work and I need to know exactly whenI don't plan to wait much longer and my next step will be to contact Consumer Affairs and NY Attorney GeneralI was trying to give you a chance to fix what what not done correctlyI understand that you are busy but I already paid you in full for this job so I shouldn't have to wait this long.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***Adriano contacted me on Monday to discuss this matterHe told me that he would call me on Thursday 8/** to let me know if he is able to come by to fix the job on Friday or Saturday of this weekIn the past as Adriano mentioned on his response he did take very long to get back to me so until the job is fixed I would like to keep this complaint openAdriano stated that he put on the contract to only prime this jobI have is a hand written quote for the work, which isn't very legible. I mentioned to Adriano a few times that I wanted the iron work to be painted because when we discussed the paint color I pointed out a photo in his book and told him that was the color I wantedHe told me that was primer but I told him I wanted the same color but paint not just primer. I clearly explained that I did not want to have to eventually paint the banister and steps myselfOn a separate occasion my husband also reminded him that we wanted the job to be painted. He never once said that he wasn't going to paint and he never mentioned anything about the contractIf his plan was just to prime he should have said it on the many occasions my husband and I brought it up and if I as the customer am asking him to paint why not give me what I am asking for. He did one other job for me and it was painted so I'm very confused with this part. As far as the backsplashI am not sure what he is referring to when he says he put that there for safetyMany of these types of staircases do not come with a backsplash and I do not find them to be a safety hazardWhen I asked him why he put a backsplash his exact words were "I assumed you wanted it because other people who have it eventually put tiles"He never mentioned anything about safetyHe went on to saying "had I known I would have left it off because it is more material and a harder job for me"There was clearly a misunderstanding with this jobAll I really want is for it to be fixed, which Adriano promised to doI hope to hear from him today and have him fix the work within the next couple of days

Hi, All of our the jobs that we manufacture are painted in our warehouse. If there is an addition to an installation normally we would manufacture on site and paint the the added pieces once the job is finished. It is unfortunate that the rusting occurred, but also very common when there is heavy...

rainfall right after a job is installed. This is something that we cant predict, the contract did NOT state for us to paint over the primer, which would have helped in this case. As for the backsplash, this was done so it would be a more safe environment. Its unfortunate that it was a misunderstanding. I assure you I have not changed you more for the backsplash. The job in it self comes at a much lower price you would normally get from other companies such as ours. All in all we are sorry this did not turn out as you expected, this is a small business and I alone try to meet the costumers needs as much as I possibly can, my only excuse as to not getting to you sooner when you have called is due to the fact that I am the only person who can address these issues and there is only so much time in the day. With that said, I hope to resolved an open issues we have to better service your needs. Thank you, Astrit B[redacted]
