Review: My new dress was brought in for dry cleaning and they washed it. Of course it shrunk. When we went back to tell them they said they would fix it. I asked how does one fix a shrunk dress. Well they didn't they made it worse (see pictures I added to their photos) they stretches it and restitched the sides. Now it is bigger but unwearable. The print is messed up and the sides look HORRIBLE. I would tell anyone who thinks of going here not to. You will have to buy another of whatever you brought in. So 3rd trip in for my dress to show manager how they ruined it and I would like it replaced. He said they aren't responsible for what happens while at their business!? refuses to replace a brand new dress I brought in for the first time to a dry cleanersDesired Settlement: I want them to replace my dress.
