I am rejecting this response because: NIH Homes in their reply to the Revdex.com clearly states that the construction drawings/blue prints were wrong and never agreed to by usThey did not attempt to correct the errors in the plan, instead I was told I was being unreasonable and that I didn't know what I was talking aboutThe construction agreement clearly states “ Non-Refundable security deposit money due upon signing this agreement and buyer and seller approving exhibit B” (the construction drawings) The constructions drawings obviously were never agreed to, they had no right to retain our money and should not have even cashed our check until the construction drawings were approvedNIH Homes told me they were keeping money to cover their expenses, after seeing the invoices they submitted they weren’t even accurate in their statements about their expenses incurredI reject their response and request that they refund the balance of our construction deposit
