I went to Jackson Hewitt on sunshine inside [redacted] in Springfield,Mo.I was reluctant in the first place because I've used [redacted] service for the last years worth no problems always getting my money very promptly with no issues.Jackson Hewitt toldme they would charge me 50$ less than [redacted] if I brought in last year's return plus hey a50$ [redacted] card.when I got them filed the guy [redacted] ended up coming up with a price 80$ more than I paid last year and said his supervisor said it'd they give me the 50$ [redacted] card they can't give me the discount which if I'm paying 80$ more than last year there was no discount?I was ready to walk and go to [redacted] and he didn't want me to.he said they'd give me the 50$ [redacted] card as well.I'd already sat there for an hour and a half.I reluctantly went ahead and filled him telling me even though it's the 14th "they're already starting to trickle in"whatever that means.because I just called and the guy I talked to said the earliest I'd get my refund will be February 5th! So I was completely lied to and paid money I could've saved and done my taxes through [redacted] which would probably have been faster.I WILL NEVER GO THROUGH JACKSON HEWITT AGAIN!!!
