I was having hard times and on top of it a pipe busted In my apartment, even though the apartments fix the pipe they are not responsible for the high water bill that made the whole bill over dollarsSo a friend offered to pay the bill for me, they did so over the phone and got a confirmation number, the next bill showed the accepted payment and I call to make a payment and turns the check was returned and I was not notified even though the bill said it was accepted, I was left with days to come up with dollars to pay them, no payment plan options or anything, customer service is rude they act like they will help when you're having hardships, I understand you have to pay your bills but being notified of a check being returned instead of an approved payment would be nice
PWC Fayetteville Utility company is the worst utility company I ever dealt withThey charge you a fee for having your fee paid by cardDefinitely, I will not choose this company if there is a competitorSince they are the only company that serves this area, I only have one choiceI made payment to them before the deadlineAfter the deadline, they said that the bank did not let them to draw the fund outShould it just take about hours to know whether they can draw their money out? Now, I have to pay them by card and be charged a fee for itAlso, I am charged for a late feeHow nice is this service company!
