blatant deceit? I ordered your ice maker way back wheni found out later it bounced no money in account because of financial issues I still havent even paid my mortgage from January I would love to send an ice maker to you but I cant right now I apologizeif you need anything more than that it will also have to wait until we get this medical bill paid I will do whatever I can to satisfy whatever else you want as soon as I am able Do you really think I want a bad reputation over a stupid ice maker?

I can remove the new parts. he can pay me the $fee and come pick it up. I do not want his microwave. I want to be paid for work done. He can go buy the parts at the same price I was going to charge for o.e.mparts and do it himself. We are frozen out at
the workshop so I have no crew today. it will be ready for pick up tomorrow afternoon

replacement icemaker is no longer an acceptable solutionWe waited several months AFTER being promised that an icemaker was already sentWe have since had to purchase an icemaker at our own expense, after spending hundreds of dollars worth of time in pursuing fulfillment of a warrantyMr*** never mentioned financial difficulties due to medical expenses, and never asked for us to work anything out in the many phone and text message conversations, until he was contacted by Revdex.comFurther, he simply stopped responding to our calls or texts over a period of weeks.Therefore, Mr***'s response is unacceptable, as we need to be reimbursed for our expenses due to his failure to make any attempt to honor his written warranty, and his blatant deceit in the process (as evidenced by his response to Revdex.com)

*** *** *** ** *** *** * *** *** ** *** *** *** *** ** *** ***I appreciate you talking to me this morning, and your understanding of the matter.If you can please add this message to the public record, and make it available for your supervisor to review when reviewing this complaint, I would appreciate it.Response:1) The business response should be considered as 'unresolved' because Mr*** did not agree to the resolution requested (expense involved because of non-warranty), nor even offer to pay for the icemaker he should have purchased other than a vague assertion that he'll try to satisfy us (which he has not given the appearance of trying to do so far).2) Further, Mr*** responded that he only didn't send the icemaker because he was unableHe did not address why he refused to respond to us over an extended period of time (including several times we called him, he responded with a general 'I can't answer, how can I help you?' type of text message, and then upon us inquiring about the part status via text message, refusing to respond)He never asked for any time or understanding, just stopped responding after giving us conflicting status reports (I'll send a part from another used refrigerator I have on hand, then the icemaker is on the way from the distributor, then I'll call the distributor and call you right back with the status, then nothing).3) Therefore, whether he intended to be deceitful or not, he gives the appearance of deceit:a) a written parts warrantyb) a promise to pull a part and send itc) an assertion that the part was on the way from the distributord) extended refusal to respond to status inquiry - never explaining extenuating circumstancese) an offer to send an icemaker at some undefined date in the future (which he has already promised before, then failed to do and refused to respond to inquiries), but not addressing the resolution requested3) Mr*** doesn't want a bad reputation over an icemakerIf that is so, he needs to clearly address the resolution requested (refund for icemaker and time involved at the point in time the Revdex.com complaint was filed), and he needs to respond to status inquiries, such as we made over several months before taking any action for resolutionInstead, he appears to be trying to work Revdex.com's mechanism for being fair to all parties involved in order to have the complaint marked as an unsatisfied customer rather than being marked as unresolved due to his failure to fulfill his written contract

I have been under financial distress because of doctor bills related to a skin cancer removal. ( I have new scars to prove it)  I will send an ice maker as soon as I can manage to pay for one.
