Two of the three sent were not the items ordered. The day of delivery I contacted the company.I paid return shipping and was not reimbursed$ or items
My order was delivered on Sept 14th. Two of the three items I ordered were not what was sent. I contacted the company that day. I expressed my issue and sent pictures. I even offered to keep the ones sent in exchange for the two correct items to be purchased at a discounted rate for the inconvenience. That was declined. SO, I was directed to a link for the return process. The link did not work. But stated that return had to be within the 7 days. Again I contacted expressing my concern and that I would just prefer the correct items. As, they had been on sale. And that was denied. I waited for a day or two then heard from the company stating the link was fixed. There was no shipping label. So again I paid for shipping. I sent a email stating I paid for shipping once and expected to be reimbursed as this was their issue and not mine. They had sent the wrong items. It wasn't until OCT 5th that I received a shipping label. Well after the fact. I then had to contact the company again to say hay the items arrived. And when would it be processed or when wold they ship the correct items. That is when I was given a number for tghe refund. But, the next issue was the refund was significantly smaller than the amount actually spent on the two items and the shipping to return. I have emailed several times since wit the response that they do not take returns on hair items. and now the account no longer reflects the amount they decided to reimburse. And ince still has not been resolved.ORDER ***

This was not the amount supposedly given back as a gift card. It was like 87.00 but that gift card is no longer attached to my account. I had not spent any of it. I ordered two wigs from this company. The order was placated on April 29th. I received an email, on April 30th, stating that my order was shipped, via ***. It's now May 5th and I have still NOT received my order, or even an update, as to the status. Yet, this company was quick enough to take payment, via

I ordered 2 wigs who's colours did not match the pictures or my requests, and the shipping was very delayed but never got a response to my emails/msgs
I ordered my first wig in May and when it arrived, the colours were very different from the pictures. I then decided to order a second one since the first one did not look natural as the colour was bad. The second one I ordered in brown to avoid error. I ordered it in November and tried contacting the company through the website and through social media for someone to get back to me as the shipping was taking forever.

When I received the wig, it ended up being black, again, nothing like the photo. When I went to try and contact them again and order a 3rd one to replace the two first ones, the website no longer existed. I kept checking to see if it would return, but it never did. So I am writing to see what can be done for the money I spent and the product not being what I wanted, but clearly no one taking care of emails.

I ordered 2 wigs & paid $35.00 for expedited shipping as I needed by December 1st. The wigs arrived on Nov 25th and They sent me 2 wrong wigs. I reached out on Nov 25th and advised them of situation. I got no response and I reached out again on Nov 29th. They responded on the 30th saying they would send the correct wigs on Monday and to send back the wrong wigs and provided address. I sent back the wigs and provided them the tracking number and asked when the wigs would be sent and to provide me an updated tracking as well. They never responded and I reached out multiple times.
Dec 3rd, 4th, 6th and 9th. I had said to just refund me as it was past the deadline I needed them by, no wigs were ever sent and they ignored every email. I advised them since they refuse to send correct wigs, refund me or respond I was going to file a complaint at Revdex.com. they then responded and said you are one of our best customers, what address did you send the wigs back to. I advised them again to the address she provided me, sent a copy and included tracking again and asked when they would give me my refund.
I also reached out on the 11th, 12th and 14th in addition. Still no responses. I advised them the hair was delivered and I want my full refund of $172.28.
I have always had good service in the past but this has been ridiculous. They never sent me correct wigs like they said, I missed my deadline of when I needed them, they refuse to give me my refund or respond now.
I am not happy and gave them many chances to do the right thing. This is very unfair and I want my full refund of $172.28 and I will no longer do business through them. This customer service Is horrible

I ordered a wig on 10/23/2019. Received a wig on 11/01/2019 that was NOT my order. Sent unit back on the same day of receipt. Not a good address.
I ordered the Hope unit on 10/23/2019 from Nikki Bella Hair. I received the order on 11/01/2019 and it was NOT what I had ordered. I sent an email to the company on the same day of receipt, with no reply. I called the number that was listed on ***, and it was not a working number. So I sent the package back on the same day of receipt with priority Mail to address of *** Memphis TN 38134, with a tracking number ***, and signature confirmation. it was returned to me today on 11/12/2019 with insufficient address listed as the reason for return to sender.

I would like to return this wig that was sent to me in error to a good address. I would also like the Hope unit I originally ordered, or a refund of the $41.00 dollars for the wig with the $7.35 for the priority Mail postage with $2.60 signature confirmation rate for a total of $50.95 grand total.

#1 - I placed an order with Nikki Bella Hair to purhcase 5 wigs *** which was processed on 8-30-2019 (please see the attached invoice and payment) as evidence to my claim. The subtotal for all 5 wigs without shipping was: $183.96 which I paid through ***

#2 - On 9-9-2019 I only received 4 wigs (not the 5 that I ordered) via *** which were all packed and shipped in a plastic shipping bag. While the invoice indicated that all 5 wigs were sent by the retailer, The 'False Alarm' wig which I paid $73.64 was missing.

#3 - On 9-9-19, I emailed the retailer at [email protected] to notify them that this wig was missing from my package. They emailed me back that day and stated "It's sold out we have issued a refund. Please allow 7days for the credit to apply." I then emailed them TWO (2) times on 9-9-2019 and asked what the process and address was to send returns as I wanted to send back and exchange/receive store credit for 2 of the wigs that I paid $32 and $25 each (please see attached emails as proof of all correspondence with Nikki Bella Hair.) I received NO response back.

#4- I emailed them for a THIRD (3) time on 9-10-2019 explaining I wanted to return 2 wigs (which I did not wear). I received an email back that they did not accept returns and that all sales are final. I emailed back that their website states that they allow exchanges and that was what I wanted to do. I received an email back that day and they stated that they would honor the exchange within 7 days of my delivery and emailed me the address to send the return to which they indicated as: Nikki Bella, ***

#5 - I mailed the 2 wigs that I paid a total of $57.00 via *** for to the Cordova, TN address.

#6 - I received *** confirmation that they were delivered on 9-16-19 (see attached*** documentation).

#7 - It is now 10/1/2019 and I have not received my refund for the wig that I never received for $73.64. Thy are REQUIRed to refund those funds back to my original form of payment ***

#8 - It is now 10/1/2019 and they refuse to answer my emails cofirming that they have issued me a store credit for $57.00 for the wig exchange. At this point, the retailer should refund me for $57.00 as well. I do NOT want to do business with this company anymore.

#9 - Total that I want credited to my original form of payment is: $130.64 as I honored their store policies, but they have not. I am totally frustrated ad would like this resolved ASAP.

If there is any other documentation that you need from me to move this forward, please let me know. This online retailer has given me the run around for weeks and I have gotten nowhere in getting my money back and having them honor their own store policies. Please note that they now have changed their exchange policy that returns must be made within THREE (3) days of delivery and not the SEVEN (7) days that they previously posted to their website ad confirmed in email to me.

I have not received my order
I placed order *** on 08/28 and paid extra for expedited shipping. The order has yet to be received & tracking shows that*** is still waiting on the package. Even worse, whenever I have tried calling for an update, the customer care line is out of service. I have also sent various emails to [email protected] and have received no response. The general turn around time for expedited shipping is quoted at 2-3 business days on the website - it has now been 9 business days. I would like an update ASAP on when or if my items will be shipping.

Please send my items ASAP or refund the expedited shipping cost if not. I had paid for these items to be received in a timely manner, if there is a reason for delay - LET ME KNOW.

They have sent me incorrect products, upon returning will not process a refund or send the correct products. They do not reply to any correspondence.
I was sent two incorrect wigs ***, which were then returned to this company via Priority Post, tracking number*** and were received at their address on 27 Sept.

To date my order does not reflect a credit ($81.32) and I have STILL not been issued the original wigs (two wigs, both *** human hair 18") I had placed the order back in August (08/28). After being promised the wigs would ship after a backorder of 4 weeks (on Sept 27 via email correspondence attached below).

It has now been 10+ weeks, with ongoing emails & no response.

DESIRED RESOLUTION::I would prefer for the original products I had ordered to be shipped out (two wigs, both *** human hair 18") with a tracking number provided.

If this is not possible, I would like a full refund via my original method of payment, as this has been ongoing for WAY too long (Store credit will NOT be helpful to me at this point as there are no other products I am interested in buying from this company).

Bought 3 wigs. They were all wrong colors.no response from them.
I bought 3 wigs. Right after I paid, I sent an email stating that I needed these in color #1 jet black. I was reassured that I would get that. I recieved the wigs. The 1st one I opened was blond. I emailed the company and was told that they sent all black ones and asked for a picture, which I sent. The last email that was sent was to tell me to send it back. I also asked if I could talk to them because the number on their website was disconnected. I was told that their is no phone for customer service. I have it all in emails. I then emailed and said that before I send the wig back, I wanted to know what would happen. They knew I needed these by Friday the 30th of August and it was the Monday before. No email back. I have sent numerous emails and no answers. I then opened the other 2 and they were not jet black either. I sent another email. No answers. I told them that I would dispute the charges. No answer. I should've read the reviews that weren't on her site. I would've thought twice.

I ordered from Nikki Bella website. I received order confirmation and also received shipping label confirmation. Then my order was never shipped.
I ordered from nikki bella website on 06/23/2019 @ 12:35. I used my*** to pay for this order. I received an email confirming my order soon after. My order number is *** I later received an email stating my order was ready to ship on 6/26/2019. Whenever I go to track my order it says alabel was created and the post office is awaiting the item. I have tried numerous times to contact the customer service by email for the past 5 days. I have not received a response back. I also tried calling the customer service phone number and the phone number has been disconnected. They have already taken money out of my account.

I don't understand why we continue to go back-and-forth when the customer states she has received our order if she would like to return the order she may do so by sending the order to the address on the shipping label and the invoice

I purchased a wig from them which took a month to receive (ordered in April 2019 and received around May 20, 2019 and I am now trying to return the product because the cap of the wig is too big. I tried call them at *** and the number does not work and then I contacted them at the email they have on their website *** and they said I could generate a return authorization from the website. I have been unsuccessful because it is asking for an order *** and for my email address. When they processed my on-line order it was confirmed by text message from a telephone number *** I called the number and it is no longer in service and has nothing to do with the company, it is for an insurance service. I never provided them with an email address. So, I am having a problem generating a return authorization because the computer cannot find an order # in the system and it is asking for an email address, which again was never provided. Apparently, this company has many negatives reviews and complaints with Revdex.com for poor and shady customer service practices. I would like a refund of my purchase which is $54.56. The Item # for my purchase is*** and is described as Golden Blond Swiss Lace Front wig *** qty of 1. I would like to return the product and receive a refund.I hope you can help me with this issue.

I have returned the item to the company the refused to pick item up and I was not refunded

I have received 5 wigs from this company, not a single one has been even close to the images of the wigs shown on their website.
I have received 5 wigs from this company, not a single one has been even close to the images of the wigs shown on their website. I returned the first three wigs purchased for a credit and upgraded to a human hair wig for the replacement (thinking that a higher priced wig would be of better quality/more resembled what is shown on their website); unfortunately, that was not the case. After doing more research online (not just their website) I found quite a few complaints/poor reviews stating the same thing - that the wigs received by the customers were very poor quality and didn't represent what was shown on their website. One buyer had the same complaint that I did re the supposed human hair wig I purchased, and even provided photos - she received the same cheap wig that I did that wasn't even close to what we thought we were purchasing. The seller offered for me to return the second round of wigs for credit once again, I responded that I was not interested in that remedy since the wigs they ship aren't what is shown online, it would be a waste of time and shipping costs for me to accept credit once again. It also takes them over a month to ship orders, even when I select (and pay for) priority shipping. This leads me to believe that they are ordering the wigs from somewhere in China (or somewhere similar) and then ship the order to customers. Very cheap wigs, absolutely not as represented. I will also be bringing this issue up to my credit card company and posting my complaints and photos showing inaccuracy to other review websites, potential customers should know what poor service this co provides before they also receive shoddy products.

Desired Outcome

A full refund; there is no point in my receiving store credit as I've done that in the past with this company, the replacement wigs I received were just as poor quality/not as represented as my original order.

The item they sent me is not as advertised
I received my order from this company on 11/27. I noticed one of the wigs was a completely different color and style from what was advertised. I contacted them that same night with pictures asking that the correct one be sent to me. They stated this is the correct one(anyone who looks at it can clearly see it is not) and said I can return it. I sent a response 11/29 asking that they send me a shipping label because I will not pay to ship something back that they falsely advertised. They have chosen to ignore my latest email.

I want them to send me a shipping label and either refund me or give me store credit.

The link says it cannot find my order. I'm guessing this is due to it being over 21 days which it ridiculous considering it took them over 3 weeks to respond to this complaint. I also noticed the link for returns states there is a restocking fee which I will not pay due to them falsely advertising the product.

On 09/13/2018, I ordered a wig from Nikki Bella Hair Co. The order was shipped on 09/24/2018 and received on 10/01/2018. Once I opened the package, I noticed the color was completely different from the wig shown on the company's site. The wig I received was an auburn/red/orange color instead of the light brown color that was advertised. I immediately contacted the company and sent them a photo of the wig I received. They stated the color of the wig that I received was the right color. For confirmation, I took the wig to *** to have a professional stylist look at the color I received versus the color of the wig expected to help determine if the color I received was the right color. The stylist confirmed that the color I received was not even close to the correct color. I notified Nikki Bella Hair Co. of my conversation with the stylist and they told me to "have the salon stylists color the hair". I replied and stated "Absolutely not. I should not pay an additional $240 to have a stylist change the hair color that should have been placed on the wig already. Please direct me to the manager." After two emails, I was never redirected to the manager. Instead, they responded by saying the wig looks "very used". I never placed the wig on my head - never wore the wig. I responded and stated that they were not being honest and that I would be contacting the Revdex.com. Once this email was sent, the company responded by saying "The choice is yours, your more than welcome to return for store credit or exchange which is listed in the store policies when you made your order. We'd be more than happy to swap the wig for a dark brown." Dark brown is not the color advertised.

Desired Outcome

I would like to have a refund issued to me. It is evident that the item advertised is not available for purchase. This is a case of false advertisement. Had the company presented the wig I received online, I would not have purchased this wig because it is not the correct hair color.

Nikki Bella won't give me a money refund only exchange but at time of purchase their return policy said full money refund. Shipping paid by customer.
I ordered 6 wigs from Nikki Bella only because they offered a full money refund if you were not satisfied with products. I received 5 out of 6 wigs.I was not satisfied with them at all. One was a totally different wig than I ordered and the others were supposed to be multi part and were not. The quality wasn't good either. I called but never got a call back so I emailed. They said only exchange or store credit now. They changed their return policy on their website only after I started to complain. I placed order on 3/3/18. I also told them not to send the 6th wig because I do not want it any longer after seeing the misrepresentation of their wigs and quality and how they conduct business. There is a similar complaint about them filed on 3/5/18 for similar situation.

Desired Outcome

I would like for the company to agree and sign to a full money refund. Once they do that I will return the 5 wigs they sent me. The 6th one I never received but they billed me for it. I don't trust them to send the 5 back first until they agree. The amount is $857.65.

The response from the business (Nikki) is false information. At the time when I placed the order they stated on their website under the return policy section that they do store credits/exchanges and money refund. This was the reason I decided to order from them. Buying wigs online is very tricky because often they are not like they are described. I felt what do I have to lose...if I don't like them or they are not as described I can return and receive my money back.

I ordered 6 wigs. The first part of my order was sent which was 5 wigs. The one missing was the *** They enclosed a card stating that it will ship at a later date but I still to this date have not received it but was charged for it. That is only one of the issues. Another one of the 5 wigs was a completely different wig altogether which I took pictures of and sent it to them. They sent me a response being very apologetic and sent me a prepaid label to exchange it for the correct one. So that shows right there that they were accepting exchanges and returns. Now because I issued a complaint against them they all of a sudden changed their policy.

I am so angry and all I want is my full refund of $ 857.65 - $8.05 (Shipping) = $849.60. Once they agree to that I will ship them back the 5 wigs they sent me. I just don't trust them to send back before they agree.

Attached are correspondence that I have had with Nikki including confirmation of order and the Note that they sent me with the 5 wigs. Also you will note that on the card enclosed they said it would ship on 3/19/18 but then they sent me an email saying it was still not ready on 3/22/18. Now it is 4/18/18 and they said they shipped it but I never received it. There is a tracking number in one of the emails attached.

Please helo me resolve this matter. This is a large amount of money that I am out now for products that were falsely described on their website and for an item never received.

We have shipped the missing item, please allow time for delivery.

I placed an order, which I then tried to cancel less than 12 hours later. This company then did not answer emails or the phone. I had to call multiple times to get an answer. I told whoever I spoke to that I would like to cancel my order- they said they would. Then, four days later I got an email for shipping information. I called again to tell them that they shipped my order after saying they wouldn't. After receiving the unwanted package, I had to do the return process. After over a week without any notification from the company or refund I had to call where I was told that had received my return (who knows how long it had been there) and that I would be issued a refund. I was not refunded the full amount due to "shipping costs" even though it was their fault for sending the package. So now I am short 20 dollars because of this companies poor customer service and communication skills. When I asked for the address from the woman on the phone to put in this complaint, she refused to give it to me and then hung up. She would not give me her name. This is a terrible company and probably a scam considering the way they operate. Avoid dealing with this and just buy from a reputable company.
