But customer  did get back toGreenville sc.  Sometimes a employee will make a mistake but we for over 60 years have always corrected the complaints asap. Took my money to move mobile home. Never moved mobile home or returned phone calls. Left their axles in my yard. Did not refund me or speak to me.
Contracted Nikki d movers to move mobile home on Feb. 27 2013. Paid half down to ensure move. Paid $1080 cash, receipt #XXXXXX. After several days and about 7 phone calls they called back. Promised me several times they were going to move mobile home but each date came and went with no call and no show. After 1 week, spoke with [redacted] and he said," I didn't feel like calling you back." [redacted] even had us insecure the mobile home and have frame welded, due to bent frame, and said for sure when finished he would move it on 4/1/13. Another no call no show. The axles for the movers sat in our landlords yard for about 2 weeks. After we missed work for a week waiting on the trailer or a phone call we had had enough of the games. My trailer has been sitting in a lot unsecured for about two weeks thanks to Nikki d. Still won't answer our calls to discuss refund for taking our money to do the job and not doing the job or doing anything.
