Here at Nikki Tans, we take great pride in our customer service and we are very quick in the rare instance to resolve any issue customers may have I returned all of [redacted] emails on Saturday, Sunday and Monday while Nikki Tans was closed; I did not wait until Tuesday when the store reopened to respond to her concerns Also, my responses were within 1-hours of her sending the initial emails In addition, I offered to talk to her over the phone at anytime that works best for herDuring [redacted] airbrushing appointment, she suggested that she wanted to leave the tanning solution on passed the recommended time I informed her that leaving the tanning solution on too long will result in discoloration At Nikki Tans, we spend a great deal of time with customers educating them on the spray tanning process on how to care for an Airbrush Spray Tan before they leave the shopWe encourage customers to read all the information provided on line at nikkitans.com In addition, we review all this information both before and after each customers application I have attached all emails from [redacted] including all of my responses I tried my best to resolve this with [redacted] She seemed very angry, attacking and argumentativeI attempted to explain to her a resolution and yet she disregarded my offer to helpI am not sure what else I could have done in this specific instance to improve the situationIf you have any questions or would like me to further explain, please do not hesitate to reach out

I am rejecting this response because:
In my complaint I never mentioned her response time being delayed in anyway! Not sure why that is her only defense ! Also if you read the emails she forwarded to you , she asked when I showered and I responed I showered the following day AS DIRECTED on her site ! I did not wait past any suggested time frame from the buisnedd owner ! She also mentioned she tried several times to resolve this issue with me , emails are black and white I do not see any compensation for a resolution offered ! An email or a phone conversation is not a resolution ! Emailing with the owner just became a vicious circle , that is why I am filling with you.
