I purchased a Groupon for this company to get the air ducts in my new home cleanedAfter calling the company to set up a time to come to my home, I realized the company was not local to my areaThree days before my cleaning was scheduled I received a call saying the technician was going to be behind and could I pick another timeI called back to confirm my original time and nothing was said about picking a different timeThe day of my cleaning, I waited during the hour time period I was given to have my technician come do his jobFinally, minutes after my scheduled cleaning I called the company and was told that "the technician is sick and we were starting to call people just as you happened to call us." I asked the woman why they hadn't called me as soon as they had known the technician was sick instead of making me wait hours and finally calling them myselfThe woman on the phone had no explanation and no apologyThey asked if I could reschedule for the following week
After my experience and reading similar negative reviews for this company, I called Nikon back and cancelled my appointment I had rescheduledIt is not worth wasting my time and dealing with something that says "shady" in every way

Three days before my cleaning was scheduled I received a call saying the technician was going to be behind and could I pick another time. I called back to confirm my original time and nothing was said about picking a different time. The day of my cleaning, I waited during the 2 hour time period I was given to have my technician come do his job. Finally, 45 minutes after my scheduled cleaning I called the company and was told that "the technician is sick and we were starting to call people just as you happened to call us." I asked the woman why they hadn't called me as soon as they had known the technician was sick instead of making me wait 3 hours and finally calling them myself. The woman on the phone had no explanation and no apology. They asked if I could reschedule for the following week.
