weights were placed in the same area.  The client was okay with it and understood. The next day the client came back to the shop stating that he was having an issue with his vehicle and the way it drives. The client was explained again that his rim was bent and could cause that issue. The client attempted to get paid $130 to repair the damage that was on his rim. The client stated that the rim could have been bent with one of the machines when changing the tire. It was explained to the client that the machines used at the shop are not capable of bending the rim. The client then stated that the rim could have been dropped. The client was offered a demonstration of both those situations with one of the rims that belonged to the shop. The client denied the demonstration. The client then threatened to make a lawsuit for the damage of his rim that was not done at the shop. The client also expressed that the shop would not get “more poor” if he were just paid the $130 to repair his rim. In reality $130 is not a lot but it is unjust to pay for a damage that was not caused at the shop. In the last two months and eight days that the shop has been opened there have been no issues with any clients. Sincerely,Niko’s Tire Shop
