In the history of Ms. [redacted] being our client she has always gotten a receipt when paying her co-pay payment.  She is well aware that we have a receipt book and anyone in our organization would have taken her payment and given a receipt for the payment.   However...

since this payment was not logged into her ledger the case was turned into Franklin county job and family that she had a balance and the county stopped her childcare benefits.  We made an adjustment credit, not a payment, in her ledger to zero out her balance and send it to Franklin county two days prior to emailing her a copy.  In the meantime she made this complaint with Revdex.com knowing that her benefits can resume with the county.  We believe that is the only reason that she made the complaint and we make every attempt to keep a good standing with all of our clients in Central Ohio even though we maybe in the right.  It is the soul responsibility of anyone that makes a cash payment to receive a receipt so these type of situations do not take place.    If there are any questions please feel free to contact us at your convenience.
