I purchased a vehicle from this dealer on 8/9/On 8/the vehicle stalled on me in trafficOn this same day I contacted the owner of the business(the same person who sold me the vehicle) and he had it towed because it would not startThe next business day I contacted *** requarding what was wrong with the car (Hyundai sonata) and he stated it was the engine and that he was not going to perfom repairs on itNow mind you I gave a $down payment and made my first payment on 8/So I asked if he could accomdate me with another car seeing as how I had barely had the car weeksHe said his hands were tiedI pointed out other vehicles on the lot which he stated had bad motors as wellI asked for just half of my money back as to get another car for myself and two children which he still said no his hands were tied
