I am sorry to hear about the confusion related to your attempt to purchase a vehicle from Tracy Honda My understanding is that you had a loan preapproved by your credit union but were unaware that they would not finance a commercial vehicle We were unaware of this as well I am also sorry to hear that you were not aware that we would check your credit This should have been more clearly explained to you when you signed the credit applicationWe do not have the ability to remove an inquiry from your credit report You may contact [redacted] directly and request this but my understanding is that since you did complete and sign a credit application (which we have copies of) they will be reluctant to remove any inquiries associated with this attempted transaction

Tracy Honda would be happy to reimburse $plus tax for the cost of the item including installation which was not installed We also apologize for any inconvenience that this caused the customer A check has been issued and will be mailed to the customer unless they would prefer to pick it up

The vehicle purchased had an out of state title We have processed all the necessary paperwork and forwarded to the DMV in Sacramento From there the title will go directly to the customer or in this case, the leinholder, but we have no control over that

I was able to confirm this morning that a check was cut to you on 11/11/for the amount of $778.50. Our process is to retain the check until we receive the title from the bank. Once we receive the title the check will be mailed. If this is a problem for you please let me

I am rejecting this response because: I did not sing a credit applicationTheir finance department duplicated the *** *** *** *** loan terms on a retail installment agreementI had approved funds and yes, it was not qualified to purchase the vanHowever, your finance ran my credit a few times to try and get if funded by one of your lendersI did not authorize you to run my creditAn apology for not making it clear is not legal authorization, especially since I did not sign to run my credit*** the sales person had me fill out a partial form online, asking for my information "he said just for informational purposes." I want any hard inquiries removed from my fileI signed the terms as noted for my approved loan from *** *** *** ***I never requested financing nor did I authorize for you to run my credit

I was not involved in the transaction but I do have, and can provide you with copies of the credit application that you signedIn an effort to protect your identity I am not comfortable attaching here or emailing a copy but with your permission I can fax or mail you a copy of the credit application that you signed if you would like

Tracy Honda replaced the battery at no charge to the customer This seems to have resolved this problem We are still working with the customer regarding a flashing light on her dash

because: I was told by the salesperson [redacted] my lienholder would receive the title in 10 days. After multiple calls into the title clerk leaving messages with no response I was finally able to reach her and she stated she had submitted documents to Sacramento 2/2/17 30 days after we had took possession of this vehicle. We are now at 73 days since taking possession of the vehicle and now cannot drive it as we cannot get this vehicle registered in Oregon without the title.

Mr. [redacted],  Attached is a copy of the check which was originally sent to the bank on 5/15/2015.  Due to circumstances beyond our control, the bank was unable to apply the funds at that time and returned the check.  Your loan is in place at this time, the funds have been sent again on 6/24/2015 and I can assure you they will be credited to your account.  I understand your frustration and apologize for the delay in the banks processing of your refund.   Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.  [redacted]
