I have to say that the customer service I have received from Nile Corphas been atrociously horribleI contacted them after receiving a couple different orders of jewelry/gem display traysWhen I received them the lids of the trays did not fit the bottom trays themselvesThey were too largeWhen I called the customer support hot line I apparently spoke with a representative named Irene (I later found out she is the manager)She was quite rude, short with her words & demandingI told her about the issue she repeatedly asked (more like yelled at) me demanding to know what the exact problem was with their productI repeated the same information every time she asked me the same questions over and overThen she demanded that I grab a ruler and measure the exact dimensions "in millimeters" that the tray lid bottom and top were different..? After I scrambled around my house to find a ruler, get all the dimensions and relay this information to herThe reply I received was "Well that's the way they are supposed to be"She then asked anything else & hung up on me I called in a couple days later to get a RMA (return merchandise authorization) for the itemsI had to leave a message and have them call me back(Keep in mind this is after sending them an email about this issue that was never responded to)When they called me back I spoke with a representative named NovellI told her I needed to return the items and I need them to issue me an RMA to do soThis representative was equally as rude and demanding as the manager herselfThe company has access to all of their orders and information, but I was still demanded to give exact part#'s, order#'s, Account #'s...etcI tried to go from my first order I placed with them through the most recent "order by date" format so that it would be simple for them & myselfHere is my first order placed on this date, this is the item numberInstead she kept asking me for the same information "not an any kind of order" like she was trying to confuse me or trick me into not being able to get an RMA from them for my return items?! Finally she said she took the notes she needed, I asked if I could speak with the manager "Irene" and she said they would contact me I have not received an email or any contact from the company since? I have four items perfectly new, never used just sitting around that it appears they are refusing to help me with? I myself managed different Footlocker/Champs sports locations in the past and currently am the Customer Service specialist for an aerospace manufacturing companyI know what good customer service is because I have to apply and excel at it on a daily basisThe other products I received from Nile Corp were fine, price was fineBeing stuck with products I can't use & being "demeaned" and "treated like dirt" by Nile Corp just because I need to return a couple items is not ok in any way! No customer should be "punished" for purchasing items, finding out upon arrival that those items won't work, and simply trying to return them and get back the money they spent for themEspecially when the products are still "unused' and in perfect condition just like when I received the...?! Nile Corp has some good products and prices, but "Buyer beware" if anything goes wrong with your order, expect little to no help in getting the issue resolved!
