My answer to this complaint is we are a package forwarding company...
we specialize in shipping what customers buy under there own responsibility, our website is [redacted] and our policy that customer should pay in advance all the Custom, shipping and fees and all all other fees associated to forward the package at his door. in this case I shipped the customer the product that he bought from [redacted], he didn't mention that is an illegal product and it is a sexual device and after several attempts to contact him he insists that he is not responsible for this, we shipped his product under [redacted] and stopped in [redacted] Customs cause of this product and after several attempts with the customs people they insisted that this product is a sexual device and they confiscated it and they refused to enter it. We trying our best to with him but he insists that he is not responsible and he wanted a refund, we issued him refund on [redacted] with the amount that we already agreed with him. So in the light of all this story I think we do our best in delivering customer satisfaction and we already did Regards Moheb G[redacted]
