I am a Canadian who ships to the US I tried to make a purchase at *** , shipping to the US which is advertised as free I tried to do so and an extra charge of $was added to the bill even though still shipping within USA I did not proceed with the purchase I phoned the store at *** *** *** to make a phone purchase I asked for a receipt and was eventually mailed a receipt On this receipt it said no returns, whereas the website says returns within days The sales associate had said nothing about this I emailed the store about hours after the purchase with the re: heading showing time-sensitive and asked them to reverse/void the charge and cancel the *** pick-up They said they would do so I asked for confirmation and got none In the meantime, the webstore sent me a 15% code I told them they could apply that to the item I already bought and send it as usual, since that seemed like the least amount of trouble on all of our parts They
