This is the worst company my family has ever dealt withWe bought a new oven, the person who installed it was spending most of his time expressesing his political views of parties, women and native Americans instead of doing his jobMy family was afraid to say anything to him about stopping just in case he got mad, he made everyone uncomfortableHe turned on our oven to do the bake out processIt started smoking and my mom asked if it was supposed to do thatHe claimed it was fine and leftWithin minutes our house was full of toxic smelling smoke, we looked inside and he had left the cleaning kit inside which was now melted all over the racks and bottom and a sponge was on fireWe took care of it and called Nilsen's they said sorry about that but it'll be fine just clean it up and we'll get you a new kit, have a nice dayThey blew off our complaints about the man's behaviorI finally called back to talk with themTheir response was we're sorry we'll talk to himI explained that sorry wasn't enough for him causing a fire in our new oven and that's we won't be returning to them for business, the man's response was that they didn't need our businessI said well that's a lousy attitude for a smaller business who had to compete with bigger companies like *** He laughed and said we're not competing with themMy parents paid over $for an installation that could've ended far worse if we hadn't caught his mistakeIt's frustrating that they were so insincere about our experience
