Concrete - The walkway to the front steps, the section that has lowered in the northeast and northwest corner will be liftedWe will also repair the front of the driveway where the driveway meets the garage floorAny other voids in the concrete will be filled with groutThere are no other deficiencies in the concreteNormally, concrete only has a one-year limited warrantyThe only reason we are doing any work on the concrete is because of the extended three-year warranty. This work will be completed by the middle of September

I spoke with our warranty manager on this issue. Kaufman did pay for the initial repair that was done on the trailer through a qualified shop. When the trailer continued to have issues, it was because of issues with the repair shop. The customer was advised to take the trailer back to the repair...

shop so that they could stand behind the work that they did on the trailer. Our warranty manager has been back in contact with the customer since this Revdex.com complaint.

I am rejecting this response because: I  voiced complaints and concerns about this trailer in it's first year Tim [redacted] rejected those complaints and told me there was no problem with it telling me it was just normal tire wear  I have had the same problems with this trailer since the first year and have discussed this with my sales person and Tim [redacted]  with no positive results I have asked to speak with someone else and had been refused I am asking that the owner called me himself to discuss this issue

This customer called in wanting extended warranty for a trailer purchased in Jan 2015. Our 1 year warranty policy is clearly stated within their packet and on our website.  There were warranty issues address on this trailer that were handled during its warranty period. This included replacing...

two of the cracked wheels outside of the warranty time frame in order to help the customer out which was not mentioned that we did this in the complaint.Kaufman Trailers stands by our published policy that we offer a 1 year warranty. We do not warranty trailers that are a year and a half outside of their warranty time frame. We have discussed this with the customer and he has continued to push the issue. This holds especially true to the car hauling industry since they are putting tens of thousands of miles on a trailer each year. 1 year outside of the warranty time frame in these circumstances could mean and extra 30,000 + miles
