Review: On may 11 I went to ninitz pointe apts. to look at a one br apt. [redacted], the agent showed me it and told what to bring to lease it.I came in next morning she said she had made a mistake and rented it to someone else but she had another one. so I called her to see what the status was in two days and she said I had the apt. I just had to bring first and last rent plus 800.00 to secure it.I came in on may 14 to bring the extra month rent and she said she made another mistake and rented it to someone else again. I asked for all my papers back and deposit plus application fees. She said she would not be giving back my application fees because she ran my credit check. However my argument is how can she take my 60.00$ app. fee on an apt. that does not exist. Plus she verbally said the second apt. was mine as I was next in lineDesired Settlement: I would like my application fee back
