Customer service/delivery
I ordered a pair of Nina shoes from their website and paid for expedited shipping. It is now 4 days later and I still haven't received an email from them with a tracking number.
I tried to call but they will only accept emails. I did that but the reply states it takes 4 days to answer.
I tried the chat line but they wanted to refer me to a tech center that would change me because for some reason they think my new iPhone is the problem.

Terrible Customer Service
Do not trust ordering and paying for overnight service. I ordered 4 days ago and still have not shipped. I paid for overnight because I needed the items by end of week. I want to cancel my order. I have tried emailing and calling with an email response from a Patty that stated "sorry your shoes did not fit, do you want to return them". Do they read their email or just hope they can steal the consumers money?

You can't get in touch with customer service
I payed almost $30.00 extra for next day delivery. I still do not have a tracking number or the shoes. When you call customer service it goes straight to voicemail. This poor customer service. I want a credit if my shoes do not come next day like I ordered them.

Review: I purchased a pair of shoes online in my normal size 6.5 in January for my wedding in June. I opened the box to verify they were the correct shoe/color and put them away.

I went for my dress fitting in May and discovered that the shoe was uncomfortable to the point that my feet were burning while the seamstress was taking measurements. Looking at my packing slip, there are no exchanges and they will not offer a refund after 30 days. If I were to purchase a pair of shoes in an actual store and needed to exchange/return unworn merchandise at any time with a receipt, I would have no problem. Even if they offered credit, that would be acceptable but to tell a consumer who spent over $100 on a pair of shoes that they are stuck with them because it has been over a month is unacceptable.
