I ordered a candy bouquet for My nephewHe never received itAnd they never called to verifyWe had to contact themThe owner Sadie, was argumentative and unresponsive in our concern or problemShe took no responsibility in the fact that it was not deliveredAnd She raised her voice at meAnd hung up on me..Threatened to call the policeBut did notI called them and made a reportThere was nothing they could doSo I am going to Report Nina's flowers and gift shop to Boulder County complaint officeI also never received a refund from herI had to call flower shop networkThey issued me a refundAnd said they were sorryI would never ever recommend this business to anyoneI would give them a low rating-

I purchased flowers for delivery on March 15, to be delivered on March 18, They never cameI called and left a message on Sunday, March 19, 2017, they are closed on SundaysCome Monday the 20th I had not received a return call so I called themI spoke to *** and said she made them personally and they must have been stolen off of our porchOur family was home all day and nobody stopped by to deliver anything from ***'s*** went on and on about how her flowers get stolen all of the time and that she had her delivery driver take a picture of the flowers on the porchIf the picture had actually been taken I'm not sure exactly what that proves unless there is a time and date stampThe picture was never shown to us and the delivery driver never called myself as the sending or my family as the receiving party *** agreed to deliver more flowers that day (Monday, March20th) personallyThese flowers never came eitherMy family was home that whole day waiting for he
