Review: WENT TO PURCHASE HAIR FROM THE STORE, AFTER BEING ASSISTED BY TWO INDIVIDUALS I WAS GIVEN FALSE INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCT AND AFTER 30 MINUTES OF PURCHASE I CALLED THE OWNER TO SEE IF MY MONEY COULD BE REFUNDED. HE TOLD ME THAT HE COULDNT HONOR THE REFUND BUT CAN HONOR A STORE CREDIT OR EVEN EXCHANGE ... SO I DROVE 30 MINUTES BACK TO THE STORE NOT ONLY FOR THE OWNER TO TELL ME THAT HE COULDNT TAKE THE HAIR BACK....Desired Settlement: THE OWNER NEEDS TO REALIZE THAT THE COSTUMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT, AND HE NEED TO GET PEOPLE IN THE STORE THAT KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT HAIR BECAUSE THE TWO GIRLS APPARENTLY DIDNT KNOW AND THE OWNER SHOULDNT TELL A LIE TO ANY OF HIS COSTUMERS.. MONEY IS HARD TO COME BY THESE DAYS AND I WAS INCONVIENCED ALL THE WAY AROUND THE BOARD ..... IM SURE IT WAS BECAUSE OF PRIDE IM NOT A PERSON THAT LIKE TO GET OVER ON PEOPLE I JUST LIKE PEACE AND FAIRNESS
