I am very unhappy with the Ninestars GroupTheir policy is completely anti customerThen again, I should have checked the many negative ratings prior to purchasing anything from them - that was my faultI'm not sure why they think it's ok to sell customers defective automatic trash cans that stop functioning within weeks of useThis is what happened to our trash can - it stopped working - just like thatI mailed in the warranty on time, but when I first called, apparently it had not been receivedThen they go through this rigmarole of trying to help me, but what do you know, I have to mail the lid to their warehouse - and who knew, mailing it to costs more than the item - and I am responsible for the cost of mailing, even though the company is responsible for selling me a defective productI did go ahead and send them the defective product, and my package was delivered - but there was no record of it in their systemI had to waste precious time calling to find out what's going on with my product! The saga is ongoingI will update this review if it ever comes to an endI am very unhappy with this Company and want to warn other unsuspecting peopleIt is my hope that the market does the talking and no one buys defective products from this company again
