I have no record of contact from this customer. This does not mean she didn't contact us. I just don't have any information to reference this complaint. We do request that items are sent in to our quality control department for inspection. We can not possible just refund every customer based on...

The Company refuses to refund me all of my money.  They have put a portion on a gift card to one of their stores.  But...

will not give a complete refund or issue a check to me.

Both packages are showing as delivered on 11/**. We ask that customers give us 1-8 business days to investigate deliveries. Customer selected Surepost which is the cheapest method. She does have the option to pick ground shipping. The customer was credited for both orders before the investigation...

[redacted] returned package back to us. We are not sure of the reason. Because of it being our label our Warehouse automatically deducted the $7.50 fee. After further looking into the tracking number it was realized that this was an error on [redacted] end and the $7.50 fee for using our label was credited...

back to the customer. The customer was originally credited on 11/** minus the $7.50 Customer was made whole on 11/*/2016 Customer has received in total 176.14 which is what she was originally charged. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

Review: I contact customer service regarding my purchase. The boots I purchased are now on sale for a cheaper price. I asked for a price adjustment, within the 14 day time frame. I was DENIED the adjustment. I called customer service and spoke to a lady name [redacted] who was typing to her supervisor asking questions and what shall she do. According to our argument, which made me upset. I was denied the adjustment. I hung up the phone. It is not good to argue or be upset. People have [redacted] and [redacted] when upset. After all that was said I was denied the price adjustment.Desired Settlement: I would like a price adjustment as stated in the policy.Please let me know. Thank you so much.

Review: I ordered a pair of shoes for an interview that I was having out of state. I ordered the shoes on May **, 2015 to have them delivered to the hotel I was staying in while in South Carolina for the interview as I ordered them just before I had left for the trip and knew they would not be delivered to my house in time. The shoes were sent to my hotel in South Carolina - [redacted]. The shoes were sent 2 day shipping to arrive on time however the shoes took 3 days to get there which made them arrive the day I checked out. The shoes were never given to me and when I pulled the tracking information were shown delivered after I had checked out of the hotel. I have tried to reach the hotel management to see if the shoes were still in there presence and no one can seem to locate the package. I am showing that they were delivered to [redacted] and know that they were never delivered to myself. Since I am out of state this has made it very difficult to get resolved with the both Nine West and [redacted]. I have contacted Nine West several times to try and have this situation resolved and have not been able to come to a resolution on who will provide the refund.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the $96.12 that I was charged for a pair of shoes I do not have in my possession.

To resolve this customer issue we have contacted both [redacted] as well as the [redacted] Resort. [redacted] confirms delivery but [redacted] has denied receiving the package. In good faith we have just issued a credit of $96.12 to the customers account. This may take 3-5 business days for the customer to see. Please let meknow if any further information is needed.

Review: this is the second pair of shoes that I buy online and they send them defective. the first pair where boots I bought during christmas and they had a nail inside that cut my foot. I called and made a complaint . they never called back. I called again and had to file a claim for the injury I had from the boots and again no one has called me back. they always gurantee that someone will call me back and they never do. I returned the boots to the store and went over the injury and showed the [redacted] the nail coming out. I then had the courage to order again and they shipped me shoes with the sole coming off. I know have to drive to the store and exchange them. but again you call customer service and no one cares.Desired Settlement: I would like them to find a way to make my inconvinience right.

Review: I have bought two pairs of shoes on [redacted].When I received the shoes I found that the one pair was superior in quality but the other one was not.

Items in substandard condition is as follows:

1. one pair, two parts, they are in different length, the left one is longer than the right one about 5 mm.

2. it is broken inside of the left part of the pair, and it has a manufacturing defect on surface.

I am an international customer from China , I placed my order on June **,and payed for the order via visa credit card.Desired Settlement: Now I point two choices for ninewest , the first one is that they send the same pair of the shoes to my American address again, and the other one is that they give the refund to my Credit Card

Review: I bought two pair of shoes identical in style, different colors. The black pair scuffed so easily within two days of wearing them they looked like they had been worn for more than a year. It was a poor product. I tried returning both pairs to the Nine West Store I bought them at and they would only accept the pair I had not worn. Upon contacting customer service they sent me a questionairre and told me I would have to mail them the shoes to complete my return. I sent the shoes to them to which it took 2 1/2 months to get any response from them. At that time they sent me a gift card to Nine West for less than the amount I purchase the shoes for, also less the postage I incurred in sending them the shoes. My initial complaint ticket number is [redacted] and my secondary complaint number is [redacted]. Customer service never responds as they say they will. I was told two weeks ago I would have a return phone call within in 24 hours. No call.Desired Settlement: I want to be reimbursed $54.73 in a check payable to me. Not a Nine West gift card less than I incurred for an inferior product.

Review: I placed order [redacted] on November *, 2015 for a pair of women's boots in the amount of $97.41. The boots were mailed via [redacted] Smart Post ([redacted]), and show delivered on Nov. **, 2015. However, I never received the boots. I have contacted Nine West Customer Support multiple times by phone and email, and the response I was given was that I should dispute the charge with my credit card. I used [redacted], and have tried disputing the charge, but was told there was nothing they can do. Since Nine West has insurance on the package, they should be the ones to refund me the money.Desired Settlement: A refund of $97.41 immediately.

We have advised [redacted] because of the Smartpost shipping she chose [redacted] sometimes delivers to her local post office and they will carry out the delivery. Because she chose this service we have 1-8 business days to investigate the lost package after said delivery date. Her refund request has not been denied. Her 8th business day after delivery is 11/**/2015. If she still has not received her package by 11/**/2015 we will issue a full refund.

Review: On [redacted] morning, December **,2014 (at [redacted]) I notified [redacted] via email that I never received 2 shipments of merchandise totalling $200.00. I waited 7 hours for a return email and upon never receiving one, I telephoned customer service. I was told sorry but we have to investigate and this could take 8 days. I explained to customer service rep. [redacted] that these items were Christmas gifts and that waiting 8 days was unacceptable. [redacted] asked what would I like them to do and I proposed 3 solutions, 1. to speak with a supervisor, 2. credit my $200 back to my [redacted] or 3. ship the items overnight so that I would receive them in time to give them as Christmas gifts. I was asked to hold and when [redacted] came back she stated " I spoke with my supervisor and we will re-ship the items as you requested". Today is [redacted], 12/** and no credit to my [redacted] has occurred and I still do not have the original shipment or the promised second shipment.Desired Settlement: 1. Re-ship the items overnight and request a signature be obtained for delivery.2. Credit the full amount back to my [redacted].

I never received the shoes relating to the 225.44 and I asked for a refund and on February [redacted] (after continuous emails to Nine West online email account) I was finally provided with a refund however it was for the wrong amount (it was for 193.23 and not 225.44). I have sent numerous emails, provided a copy of my [redacted] statement twice, provided my electronic order confirmations and the service has been terrible and cost me a ridiculous amount of my time. I am very upset by the circumstances and threatened to contact the Revdex.com but didn't receive a response from my email contact (they don't leave a name so I can't provide one to you). I would like a refund of 32.21 immediately and would also like a formal apology.Desired Settlement: I would like a cheque for $32.21 and an apology.

Review: My order no[redacted] from [redacted]'s website was returned using their [redacted] label. I checked the usps and the tracking said it was delivered / returned to [redacted] on 1/**/16. Their return policy is 5-7 business days to process. I have not received a refund or communication and it is now 1/**/16. I have noted on their facebook page there are others who have been waiting for over a month for a refund on a return and no response.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of $74.19 immediately.

Review: LAST YEAR, I PLACED AN ORDER FOR TWO PAIRS OF SHOES IN THE SAME STYLE (THE KENIE) BUT DIFFERENT COLORS (BLACK AND NATURAL) FROM NINE WEST. WITHIN A WEEK OF RECEIVING AND WEARING THE BLACK PAIR, THE HEEL LITERALLY BROKE OFF THE FIRST TIME THAT I WORE THEM. I SENT THEM BACK FOR A FULL REFUND. RECENTLY, UPON WEARING THE NATURAL PAIR, THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED, AND I HAD BARELY WORN THE SHOES. CLEARLY, THERE WAS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT, AS I HAD ALSO READ REVIEWS ON THE WEBSITE FROM OTHER PURCHASERS WHO SAID THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO THEM. OBVIOUSLY, I CONTACTED NINE WEST. THEY PROMISED ME A FULL REFUND. THAT WAS OVER TWO MONTHS AGO, AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ENTIRE REFUND. THEY SENT A PARTIAL CREDIT TO MY CHECKING ACCOUNT FOR $67 AND SOME CHANGE. THE TOTAL AMOUNT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE APPROXIMATELY $90, BECAUSE I PAID $83.30 FOR EACH PAIR, NOT INCLUDING TAXES, ADDITIONAL FEES, ETC., SO THE COMPLETE REFUND SHOULD TOTAL AROUND $88.

I have contacted them repeatedly to settle the issue, and I STILL have not received the entire refund, as previously and initially promised by [redacted], who works for the company. Nine West has done nothing but give me the runaround and make excuses for not paying me. I am still waiting to receive the remainder of my compensation for their horribly defective shoes.

Review: I bought a shoe from easy spirit on Sep [redacted] and receive email confirmation from them. I have not received the shoe more than 15 days now. I called their custom service and they told me they didn't receive the order. The reason is strange because they can not confirm my payment information. At that time, the shoe cost 0$. Because of this, they refuse to ship the item.Desired Settlement: I want them ship the item to me.

Review: My complaint originated because of my dissatisfaction with the quality of a Nine West belt I purchased. The belt was falsely marketed as "genuine leather," but after wearing the belt the material started to crack and tear, and I realized it had been constructed with synthetic materials. The material on the top of the belt began to fray and wrinkle, and the top layer of the belt peeled away from the bottom layer. I purchased this belt specifically relying on the belief that it was genuine leather because I wanted a belt of high quality. I contacted Nine West customer service and asked for a refund. I was told that I would have to pay to ship the belt to Nine West to have it inspected for defects. Nine West's deceptive marketing practice and poor merchandise quality led to this situation; therefore, Nine West should take responsibility for that and issue an immediate refund, or at the least pay for shipping costs. (Nine West had better customer service and much more ethical business practices before the [redacted] was acquired. I can only hope that Nine West Holdings improves itself before it loses its entire customer base.)Desired Settlement: I am requesting that Nine West issue a refund of $25.
