I am rejecting this response because:Nine Year Mortgage all of a sudden wants to provide service to meAfter I have a complaint about there serviceWe feel like they got are money for doing nothing at allAll there going to do is go back that I signed agreement with them for a serviceWell we don't want there service anymore all we want is our money backI cancelled there service before that mess up my credit for make my payments lateI would not recommend this company to anyone.

We will continue to do
what we can to satisfy *** *** He states that we "just
turned him over to another company that would make our payments, which was
another $a month." The first reason I referred him to our
page agreement was to show him that this monthly payment was very clearly
included in section of our agreement, not something that was added on later
The second reason I referred him to our agreement is to help him
understand our promises to him, and that we can still make good on all our promises, including our
commitments to have him 100% debt free on the date we promised
Bottom line is we intend
to make good on every commitment to him, that we are on track with doing so,
that we are always here for him, and that there is much we can do for him at no
additional charge We can't justify a refund of the Enrollment Fee because
he wants to quit, or wants it back because we did not do more I am still not sure what more he wants We can probably do whatever he wantsas we do with other clients, to satisfy him He does
state that he feared his payments might be late, and that we would do nothing
to fix his credit report if they were late His payments were not late,
but if they were, and if it was our fault in any way, we would cover any late
fees, and any other damages he suffered But the fact is that there have
been no late payments, and no identifiable damages If he had reported a
problem, we would be all over resolving it.
He also states that we ignored his emails asking for a refundThat is
untrue. I have responded to his emails,
called several times leaving voice mails asking him to call back, and emailed
him multiple times that we wanted to talk by phone. When he finally called me, he yelled at me
for some time that he wanted a refund, and hung up on me when I attempted to
respond

out to him by phone and email to see if we can get him back on track

We have continued to reach out to this client who has continually refused to speak by phone.  We have always been available to speak with...

and to work with.  Last Friday, he finally returned my voice mail calls after my last several emails simply repeated my invitation to speak by phone.  He yelled for several minutes and then hung up before I could respond.  We have been on track to get this client out of debt as promised, which is now in doubt since he has stopped.  We are always here for him, including myself personally.  There is so much additional we can do for him if he will simply take our calls.  We will continue attempting to engage with him to satisfy him, but for now there is no reason we can see that we should offer a refund of his enrollment fee because he wants to stop now.Larry R[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: Let me start from the beginning. Me and my wife hired Nine Year Mortgage to help us get out of debt. We paid them $9,900 dollars to help use do that.  To me they just took our money and did nothing for us and just turned us over to another company that would make our payments, which was another $29.99 a month. I had to monitor my accounts every month to make sure that our payments were made on time. More times than not, our payments were made right at the final payment date before being assessed late fees. More than once, I had given them money to pay my mortgage, yet I had to make an online payment myself on the final due date of the 15th of the month before late fees were assessed.  My biggest problem with that is if we get a late payment, nine year mortgage will do nothing to fix our credit report. Any time this happened and I would contact Nine Year Mortgage with concern that my bills weren't being paid timely, the response I received was that I just needed to contact the company making the payments.  Again, I felt like Nine Year Mortgage got our money, so they weren't willing to go out of their way to address my concerns. I went to the owner of Nine Year Mortgage and told him I was not happy with what he was doing for me. I sent his company 10 or more emails telling him I wanted my money back. It's not until I sent him a Revdex.com complaint that he contacted me to discuss how I felt about their services. His claim that I didn't get back to him simply isn't true.  He only sent me one email and called me once to address my issues.  His claim that all I did was yell and scream and then hung up on him before he could respond is false.  During the entire conversation, all he kept saying to me was "You signed an agreement".  He now says Nine Year Mortgage can offer us so many more services such as writing a will for us, etc.  However, in the two years that we have supposedly had their services, I have never been contacted one time about what else they could do for us, or trying to get us to utilize any of their other services that our $9,900 covered.  Now that I am unhappy with what they have done, suddenly they are saying there are so many other services they can offer us to help us.  I stand by my opinion that Nine Year Mortgage has done nothing to live up to what I have ask them to do. What really make me mad is Nine Year Mortgage thinks I have stopped trying to pay off our debt. We don't want their help, all we want is are money back. Nine Year Mortgage is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess what is not working is there is no support from this company. So if I want to pay off my bills and will use the money I paid and move on. Thank you
