Fell for the pictures in the ads for garage floors. Clearly they would not have wanted the first 3 attempts of the work on our garage floor posted online or their website. First attempt, Tyrone showed up to a newly constructed house with limited driveway access (but we were able to drive vehicles) and claimed he could not move the grinder in driveway. Tyrone came back 10 days later and never used the grinder. Garage floor was waved, the verticals were not clean, raw and crooked edges at garage /driveway connection and verticals throughout garage. I called the “owner” Anthony who came and inspected and stated he would schedule a “repair”. Almost 2 weeks later because we kept getting moved back due to “other commitments”. I requested a different installer and was told the crew lead would be handling this repair. Same results as previous. Except the crew lead did not have the matching color flakes from our original install, but offered a reasonable option, which we agreed to as long as it all looked the same. They only recorded the floor so the verticals were not repaired and tada……..a 2-tone garage floor. Anthony was again called and he requested photos, which after about 3 hours and a phone call, he agreed to send his “best” team to do another repair 2 days later. This crew arrived with one helper from the previous repair who stated he thought he would be back to redo this job. Currently grinding down the floor (on the 4th visit we actually get to see and hear this grinder that has never been used) as I type this review. Hopefully the 4th time will warrant what we paid for this service. Getting a little tired of parking outside and emptying out the garage. Ninja Coatings………….DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!

First off, we were very excited about getting this done. But the signs were there that it would not go well. I could easily go on for a long time about how disappointed I am in this product and installation, but I will just say a few things. The surface preparation was very poor, even after pointing out some areas that needed work, it wasn't done. The cracks were not prepped properly, there wasn't any attempt to level small areas at all. They did not cover the plastic expansion pieces, so they are discolored and ruined. Around the pool edge, the plastic pieces are so sharp they feel like they are cutting your hand if you touch it. They got the plastic chips EVERYWHERE, it will take a long time to clean it up, if that is even possible. The salesman over-represented what the process, warranty and end product will be - do not trust the salesman. If this job would have been done correctly, it would still NOT be worth what it cost- it is easily 3 times more than the value. - at least from what we got. Not al at pleased with this company. I tried to get the installer back out to look at some especially bad areas and even sent pictures as requested - nothing heard since. I would not recommend this product or company.

Crew was on time and very professional. Was home while they did the job
and watched the whole process. They explained what they were doing and
answered any questions that I had. The final product looks beautiful and I
am well pleased. Would highly recommend this company..

The service was second to none. The folks that came out were extremely hard working, knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone. I am beyond satisfied.

Great job and great workers

My experience with Ninja Coatings was a very positive one. Eric did a very professional presentation of the product and was willing to spend time answering all questions. Installation was very quick and results are beautiful. Will be recommending them to others.
