Review: I attended this establishment for dinner on Friday, 2/**/14 with 3 of my friends. I paid with my credit card in the amount of 158$. When I checked my bank statement on Monday, 3/**/14, I noticed I was not only charged the amount of my bill, but I was also charged again for an amount of $137.66. This was not the cost of my bill and was clearly a mistake made by Ninos. I called the restaurant Monday, 3/**/14 and was told the [redacted] was not in and to call back the following day. I called back Tuesday, 3/**/14, again I was told the [redacted] was not in and no one else could assist me. I called back Wednesday, 3/**/14 and was again told the [redacted] was not in. The man I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and uncooperative. He did not seem to care one bit that his place of work double charged my credit card and had no interest in helping me.Desired Settlement: All I want is the money they took for the wrong bill in the amount of $137.66 refunded to me ASAP. This is a mistake on their part as they charged me for my bill and for someone else's.
