Review: I left my winter coat to be dry cleaned back on 8/**/15 under Store Receipt#[redacted]-D & paid $10.80 cash in advance. I went back to the store on 9/**/15 & was told they couldn't find my jacket!. Michelle at the store told me to give her 2 days & she gave me her personal cell phone number to call back. I went back a couple a days later & Michelle told me that she couldn't find my jacket & that it wasn't her problem???!! Huh? I asked for my jacket or reimbursement & she told me to get out or she was call the police!!!?? Huh? I just want my jacket as winter is coming & I don't have the money to buy a new one. This was an expensive jacket which is why I was having it "professionally" dry cleaned.Desired Settlement: I either want my original jacket if they can find it in their store or reimbursement for the cost to buy a replacement jacket plus the $10.80 refunded which I initially paid for the dry cleaning under Store receipt#: [redacted]

Review: Wash and fold was not delivered. They will potentially deliver it later today but the employee and the person who works in the laundry factory yelled at me for 25 minutes and told me that it was my fault that they did not wash my laundry and that they potentially lost it. They would not do anything besides yell and not try to solve the problem. They also told me to go home to my "boyfriend" which was inappropriate and unacceptable considering it has nothing to do with the fact that my laundry is missing.Desired Settlement: I would like to not have to pay the bill (or get a refund) but I would also like both employees who yelled at me and said inappropriate things about "going home to my boyfriend" fired.

The order was cleaned by Ninth 47 Express Cleaners, we should get paid. Customer complained and abusing us only because she wanted to not paying for the service. Please review if you need more detail how customer treat us video record by the store will be provided for evidence. Thank you
