his fiance already and he will not return it.  This ring is bigger and better.  My other customer got mad.  I gave him the consumer's number to contact him.  The police department was contacted.  The police contacted the consumer asking him to come down for a discussion.  Consumer refused.  Customer repeated that he had already given the ring to his fiance and he was not going to ask for it back.  Customer did agree to bring it back and I did give it to the other customer.  Consumer paid $3799.65 for the ring.  The other ring appraises for much more.  I will lose @ 2-3 Thousand.
