At this time, I have been contacted directly by Nirvanna Designs Inc. regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

They only contacted me once in regards to my complaint, which I have already uploaded to this platform,
insisting that they feel no need to resolve my complaint, almost a "too bad for you" response, despite my valid complaint against their product, which was used as directed and then proceeded to be defective
