To whom it may concern:We would like to thank this customer for bringing this issue to our attention, and we apologize for any confusion or inconvenience it may have caused.Due to a clerical error on our side, the incorrect files for the Soundtrack Sampler were given to customers who preordered Ys
VIII: Lacrimosa of DANA on GOG.com, and not the full five tracks that were intendedThis issue was specific to versions of this game purchased from GOG.com, and did not impact those who purchased the game via Steam.We have submitted the correct files to GOG.com, and the full tracks should be available from GOG soonAgain, we apologize for any confusion this may have causedWe recommend that the customer follow up with GOG's support team to receive the updated filesPlease note that it may take up to one week after our response on April 27th, for GOG to receive and uploadthe files.For any issue, we invite any customer that has any problem with one of our products to please contact us directly, so that we can have the opportunity to provide direct support in a timely fashion.Sincerely,

To Whom it May Concern:We have contacted the customer regarding their order #[redacted]. Customer had not opened his order upon receipt.
