Andrew N[redacted], and other employees that were sent out to do your removal for the poor customer service and rude messages you had received. It was very unprofessional and I will be looking into the matter and repermandations will be given...

for actions towards you. We strive to provide excellent customer service and try our absolute best to make sure every customer is satisfied with our removals and customer service. Unfortunately this was an eradication and not a removal, Because of the location of the bees, but this service was not to your satisfaction. And although we don't typically remove honey-comb that has been sprayed with pesticides, We still offered to come back to help fix the problems with the bees still present. Unfortunately you were still unhappy with your services. I will be sending out your check for the money paid to us. Very pleased with the service I received. Had a swarm in a tree in my backyard Nisbet came shortly after I called them. They removed the bees (without killing them and leaving chemicals all over my yard.)

Friendly and affordable, would definitely recommend them to anyone.
