A check was cut for [redacted] *** on October 23, in the amount of $The policy had been active since he bought the car back in January so [redacted] *** does not get a full refund he only gets a pro-rated refund for the time on the policy he did not useCustomers only get a full refund if the policy is cancelled within days of purchaseA copy of the check has been provided

The manager will be contacting the customer to try and resolve this issue

The sales manager will reach out to the customer to handle their concerns and get them their paperwork

We can not by law issue the refund to the customer without proof that the loan was paid in fullThe finance Manager claims he never received the documents in the mailI am asking that a scan of the proof be emailed to me not for actual copies or anything to be notarizedAgain, my email is [redacted] I am trying to expedite this as fast as possible for the customer but only need proof that the loan was paid in fullIf the customer does not wish to provide me with that documentation showing there is no longer a loan on the vehicle then I will issue the refund to the bank she was financing through and if the loan was paid off the bank will issue her a refundThis process will take longer but I can not issue a check to customer with out proof the loan was paid off
