Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
Regards,

I do understand the customers frustration It looks like we did not do a good job explaining the extended service contract. But both a battery and alignment would not be covered by an extended service contract Both of those things would not be covered under a manufacturers warranty
either Those are considered ware and tear items They are both things that wear out over time Other things that fall in this category would be Tires, Brakes, Windshield Wipers, Light Bulbs Due to the miscommunication between the business manager and the customer, I will cover the cost of the battery. Thanks, *** ***General Manager

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:This person was not involved, he has zero knowledge of what transpired during the negotiations of this vehicle sale We've found two employees who have agreed to give sworn affidavit testimony as to the deceptive trade practices that Burleson Nissan uses against their customers as well as the Screen shots of the Internet price for this vehicle on February 18, 2017, and we will take the next step since Burleson Nissan is still lying about the price of the vehicle on the Internet the day we stepped on their lot to specifically look at this Dodge Journey We've also filed with the Attorney Generals Office, The Nissan Corporate Office, as well as the *** *** *** *** who is also investigating Burleson Nissan.

I have met with Mrs***. I apologized for the misunderstanding on the trailer brake system. The Nissan Armada does not come with a built in system we have to add one using aftermarket system. I offered to let her return the vehicle. She decided that was not necessary
after visiting with me. I am going to refund the $we charged her for the trailer brake system; we are going to install one for free. We are currently working with her and her husband to find a brake system that they like. Mr& Mrs*** are on camping trip this week for spring break, when they return I will finish installing the break system for them. Mrs*** has my personal cell phone number if she needs anything in the meantime Thanks, *** *** General Manager/Managing Partner Burleson Nissan

Thank you
for bring this to my attention.
I
personally called and spoke with Mr*** this morning. I apologized
for the discrepancy with the price. I told him we would honor the price
that was given to his cousin. There were
several different people involved
in this transaction and several misunderstandings. We strive to do our best every day, but
sometimes we make a mistake. Nobody was trying
to mislead anyone
I gave Mr
*** my personal number and told him to call me directly if he needed
anything else

On the pricing concern:   I was not personally involved in the deal.  I cannot speak to what was said.  But I do have 5 signed documents including the contract that have the sales price of 14999.00.   I also printed out the backscreen of our internet pricing tool.  It shows how the car was listed online.  The last listed price was 15492.00.  The back screen also shows the date the car was sold and other information concerning the listing.    I do apologize I am not sure where the 13140.00 would come from.    I have attached documents for your review.   Customer Worksheet Title Application Motor Vehicle Buyers Order Burleson Nissan Buyers Order State of Texas Law Contract.     Please let me know if you have any more questions.   Thanks,   **

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:[redacted] is lying about how many times we attempted to contact him we have our phone records to back up the calls (he obviously doesn't have all of our phone numbers that we call from we do have jobs with telephones), as well as the Bank Fee, we've spent countless hours on the phone with Capital One Auto and they've stated numerous times that they Do Not require a Bank Fee from any customer no matter what their credit status is, they either approve or deny the loan. Capital One has a team investigation this matter, The price of the vehicle was $13,140.00 [redacted] said someone priced it wrong but he had to sell it at that price it was even listed on the sticker on the window and the internet before Delacruz tore it off before sticking it in the envelope!  We were quite offended at the poor customer service bringing the vehicle up numerous times to have multiple things looked at to be called to say that it was ready to be picked up and when asked did you check this, and this and this out, the service department played dumb like they weren't aware there were multiple things that needed their attention!  The transmission is going out, the [redacted]r handed me a card with warranty information from Meador Dodge nothing stating that the transmission was checked out by the Dodge dealership just the warranty information, I'm attaching the front and back of the card!   In the south we say boy and girl if they're younger than us, I think someone needs to grow up and concentrate on running a Truthful and Upstanding business instead of the shady tactics that you pull on your customers!
Regards,
[redacted]

I have pulled this car deal and reviewed it.  The sales price was 14999.00  That is signed on 3 different documents.  I have attached them for review. The information that Capital One told the customer would be incorrect.  In fact the bank did require a down payment.  Because...

of the tier 9 approved from capital one they wanted to be under 90% on this deal, that is why the bank required the down payment.  Approvals are based on customers credit and all condition for approval are set for by the bank as well.I was aware of the situation that happened in the service department.  My staff felt very insulted by being called boy over and over. We took their car down to Meader the dodge dealership in town in also sated that nothing was wrong with their transmission. I do not have my calls screened.  I am here to talk to any customers that need me.  I have checked our incoming phone records and there has not been any calls placed to me from their numbers.  The last time there was a call from them was 3 days after their purchase to the service department.I am sorry they are frustrated about their experience.  It is my goal for every customer to have a good experience.   Thanks, [redacted]
