Problem: I purchased a truck from nissan of casperI traded my honda *** inThey gave me for my ***I had my new truck for weeksI get a call from nissan of casper saying I did not get approvedI sighned the contract saying I got approvedThey told me I needed to bring the truck
backI brought the truck back and asked for my trade in back they said they junked itA couple weeks later I saw my old car driving aroundNissan of casper did give me a dollars back I took it because I had to go out of town for workI have seen numerous complaints about nissan of casper doing similar things that happend to meI called the wyoming general attorney and they told me to contact nissan of casper witch I didNissan of casper said they dont owe me *** and hung up on meIf you could help me I would greatley appreciate itThank you *** ***Desired Outcome:Refund

should have been around 10%Unfortunately bank dictates the rate based on customers in-depth credit file and their circumstances...We at Nissan of Casper take pride in all of transactions being very transparent and helping many who has hard time finding a way to purchase a reliable vehicle with a challenging credit standing... I would recommend if Mr*** has a better relationship with a local bank to refinance if not come back in six months to see if we can help him get a better rate ....... After asking him to return the vehicle or to re do the loan to meet new requirements by the bank he decided to take the $1000 Actual Cash Value of his trade... The unit was sold through auto auction received $1230 before we paid transport and other fees from his vehicle.... Over all dealership lost two months of depreciation on the truck from him driving it for two months at no charge when he signed an agreement that he would pay use of $100 per day if not returned on a timely manner.... Thank you,Jami K[redacted]

[redacted], Banks called to verify his information on the application to his employer and found not accurate so vehicle had to be brought back which [redacted] took two months to do so... We have supported documents signed by Mr. [redacted] of such and resolved to his satisfaction... His [redacted] was not sold here by us, it was sold through auction house in Montana.... Thank you,Nissan of Casper
