Bait & Switch Advertising!!!! Disrespectful sales manager (Ryan)!!!! 8/1/They lowered the price of a car on the internet by $4k 8/1/ I emailed them to see if the car was still available to buy 8/3/They emailed me to confirm that it was still on the lot and available 8/3/I go to look at the car and was told that it "sold days ago" & try to sell me a more expensive car (So...if the car really did sell "days ago" as they claimed, then why are they spending so much time & energy dropping and raising pricing for it on the internet? It shouldn't even be on the internet! It sold "days ago", right?) 8/3/They still show the car on the internet and raise the price back up by $4k They made it very clear that my business was not needed and even threatened to try and smear my name on social media if I went public with this situation The truth, and the facts are laid out in the timeline above You can draw your own conclusions, but in my opinion (and apparently in other local car dealer opinions) they have a bad reputation for bait & switch advertising It's unethical and illegal DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH NISSAN OF COOL SPRINGS!!!!

Our experience with Nissan of cool springs has been a nightmareOn September 24th we had picked out a car and started doing paperwork when one of the employees backed a car into the car we were buyingThey promised they could fix it
On the 28th we saw the car and there was still a dentSo we didn't buy itOn the 24th we had written a check for $4,that they were going to hold until the car was fixedThey liedThe check cleared on Monday the 26thNow we are getting the run around trying to get our money backExcuse after excuse, all liesOver weeks have gone by and every day it is another excuseIt's my opinion that this is not a honest car dealerAlso going to guess that they did not report the accidentSo someone will buy this car not knowingDishonest
