Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Nissan of Durango stated that the smart watch I was given was not guaranteed to have a value of $300. On the flyer/mailer, it states "THE LEAST YOU CAN WIN IS A SMART WATCH VALUED AT $300". On September 18th, I attached an image of the mailer. I am rejecting this response because: According to Nissan of Durango, I have received the gift I was supposed toThat is incorrectI was supposed to receive a Smart Watch valued at $300, as advertised on their flyerI did not receive such giftI received a $Smart WatchQuite a difference, if you ask meThey also stated that I was given gift cards to Wal-Mart, in addition to the smart watchThat is also incorrectWhen I arrived to accept my prize, I was given the option of the smart watch, or one Wal-Mart gift card that could range from $5-I chose the smart watch, because the value ($300) was guaranteed, whereas the gift card value was not.

Every customer that received a mailer was guaranteed a gift and everyone that game to the sale got oneThis customer received the smart watch that he won and it was not guaranteed to have a value of $He received a free gift by taking the mailer to the saleHe is not a customer, he has never purchased anything from this dealership and the dealership has given him the gift he won

This person has not conducted any business with Nissan of DurangoHe received a mail piece that showed he won a giftWhen he arrived at the sale he was given a smart watch and gift cards to WalmartThis mailer has been approved by the state of Colorado and he has received the gift he was supposed
